The Champions League venue is an important factor to take into consideration when you look at your Champions League betting. Not only is it good to see if the venue has any specific advantage for a team when betting on the final, it is also useful to see if the final venue might for whatever reason serve as an extra motivation to a team in the competition.
Real Madrid may have this in mind in 2009 as the final will be played at the Santiago Bernabeu for the fourth time in the Champions League history on the 22nd May 2010. This may also have something to with the the President of Real Madrid Florentino Perez's decision to spend €300 million on new players in the summer. The likes of Kaka, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema would love nothing more to be running out onto the pitch in the Champions League final from their home dressing rooms.
