Big spending Paris Saint Germain are through to the quarter finals of theChampions League following a 3-2 aggregate win over Valencia. The French side have been well backed by their Arab owners and have an experienced Champions League winner as manager in Carlo Ancelotti.
The French side were odds on favourites to qualify following their first leg 2-1 win in Spain. However, with Zlatan Ibrahimovic suspended following a red card in the first leg, PSG made heavy weather of qualification. Ezequiel Lavezzi cancelled out Jonas's second half goal to see the French side through.
PSG may lack a bit of experience in the Champions League, but with Zlatan Ibrahimovic leading the attack they will always be dangerous, although the Swede will miss the first leg of the quarter finals through suspension.
