Chelsea have a tough draw in theChampions Leaguelast sixteen as they must play Italian side Napoli. Chelsea came through their group as winners in the end following a blip when losing away in Leverkusen. Napoli on the other hand upset the odds by pipping Manchester City to qualify behind Bayern Munich from Group A. The betting will be tight between the two, with the first leg in Naples in February.
Chelsea have it all to do following their first leg 3-1 defeat in Naples and the Italian side are now odds on to qualify for the quarter-finals. Juan Mata's goal put Chelsea in the lead before Ezequiel Lavezzi and Edison Cavani gave the home side a 2-1 lead at half time. The dimunitive Argentinian Lavezzi scored again in the second half giving Napoli a firm advantage in the tie.

Napoli owe their qualification from Group A to the four points gained in their matches with Manchester City, drawing at the Etihad before beating Roberto Mancini's side in Naples to qualify as group runners-up.
